We dive deep into the mind and slow down to feel the sensations in and around you. Because of all the social media platforms, I feel that humans are becoming more deprived of their senses in reality and are focused on what that person wants people to see them as, instead of who they really are. They portray a version of themselves that doesn't necessarily exist and that can cause senses separate from reality and worst of all, inflate the ego.
